Stružinský Radomír
Ing. Radomír Stružinský has worked in various audit firms since 1991. He has been a certified tax advisor since 1994 and also a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic since 1995.
In his auditor activities he focuses on audits of various industrial and trafing companies, including audits of consolidated financial statements. He has also been involved in merger projects, including the preparation of alternative solutions and schedules for those mergers. He has participated in audits of financial statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including consultation during the preparation of those financial statements. In his career he has also participated in the most varied reconstructions of bookkeeping and due diligence projects.
Ing. Radomír Stružinský is also an experienced lecturer on Czech and international accounting standards and on auditing standards. Since 2005 he has been a member of the Council of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic.
He is a partner of the Schaffer & Partner group from 2007.
He speaks Czech and English.
