Ing. Martin Felenda graduated from the University of Economics, Prague in 1997.

Since 1995 he has worked as a tax advisor and has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. He is also an auditor and has been a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic since 2001.

Martin Felenda is a founding partner of Schaffer & Partner in the Czech Republic and he is currently the managing partner of the Schaffer & Partner group in the Czech Republic.

He is a specialist in international tax law, M&A and tax impacts of international transactions.

Martin Felenda speaks Czech, German and English.
