Martin Netík graduated from the Law Faculty at Charles University, Prague in 2011. From 2008 he practiced as legal assistant in Mgr. Martin Štuksa’s law office. He has been a member of our team since 2011.

Martin Netík primarily specializes in general commercial law and corporate law, also in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency law and copyright law.

He works as a junior lawyer in the law office of Schaffer & Partner Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář.

He speaks Czech, German and English.
