On 15th April 2010 the conference of the Legal Forum with the main subject "Mergers and acquisitions - new chances and opportunities how to succeed in time of the recession" was held at the Hilton in Prague. Mgr. Aleš Eppinger from Schaffer & Partner Legal lectured about the legal premises and the risks of changes; Ing. Martin Felenda, the tax advisor and the managing partner from Schaffer & Partner Group, discussed the tax aspects of the mergers and the acquisitions.
