On Wednesday 19 August, Tianxiang (Simon) Zhao, Haoyi (Jason) Hong, Xiaoyu (Kelly) Zhang and Jiachen (Viola) Zhang, four students of Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, concluded their 4-week study stay in our office with closing presentations.
These highly informative talks informed the attenders about the Chinese judicial system, the hierarchy of courts, the ways of paying of the legal proceedings costs and the legal development in human rights legislation in China. The presentations culminated with a comparison of Czech and Chinese constitutional systems.
