Every year, a top of the best German tax advisors list is compiled by prestigious FOCUS-MONEY journal in co-operation with the European Institute for Tax Law.The firms providing tax advisory services are divided into three categories – small, medium and large ones – and are evaluated by several different criteria, such as specialism in tax matters, the know-how level or the quality of the expert services. Although there are approximately 90,000 tax advisors in Germany, only 100 of them have been labelled as top professional in each category.
