Aleš Eppinger answers professional questions in the publication “Negotiating Effective Contracts & Dealing with Disputes”

The IR Global multinational network, which brings together international law firms and advisory companies, has published, in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), the publication “Negotiating Effective Contracts & Dealing with Disputes”. The aim of this publication is primarily to provide useful practical advice to in-house business counsel in addressing the legal issues of different types of contracts, taking into account the differences in the individual jurisdictions. Aleš Eppinger, an attorney and partner of Schaffer & Partner advisory group, was exclusively approached within the Czech Republic to answer three professional questions.
