The legal team at the Schaffer & Partner group (skupina Schaffer & Partner) has been working closely for many years now with ECCEDU (European Centre for Career Education), which organises education programmes every year for students from all over the world, although it does concentrate primarily on Chinese students.
Aleš Eppinger, attorney-at-law and partner in our law office, gave a seminar for students on the subject of corporate law – founding companies in the Czech Republic – as part of the law programme at the ECCEDU summer school. The lecture was given on 18.6.2019, again at the Faculty of Law of Charles’ University.
The seminar included two case studies, in that students had the opportunity to try out the roles of Czech attorneys-at-law and foreign clients in dealing with the practical situations involved when foreign investors enter the Czech market.
