Martin Felenda is a founding partner of Schaffer & Partner in the Czech Republic and he is currently the managing partner of the Schaffer & Partner group in the Czech Republic. Martin Felenda graduated from the University of Economics, Prague in 1997. Since 1995 he has worked as a tax advisor and has been a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors of the Czech Republic. He is also an auditor and has been a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic since 2001. He is a specialist in international tax law, M&A and tax impacts of international transactions. Martin is married and has three children. In his free time, he mainly devotes himself to his family, playing golf and piloting model rockets and small airplanes.
