On November, 27th, 2013 at its first meeting the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic approved statutory measures of the Senaterelated to the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic.The approval of the statutory measures by the Chamber of Deputies was the last condition for the adoption of supplementary legislation to the New Civil Code.
