On April 1st, 2015, the President of the Czech Republic has signed a law, by which the necessary measures enabling the registration in the Commercial Registrar by a notary public will be taken. For entrepreneurs, this option brings two significant advantages: cost & time savings. The registration by a notary public is significantly cheaper than the registration by a court itself. While a court will currently register a limited-liability company in the Commercial Register for a fee of CZK 6,000, a registration by notary public costs less than a half of a court fee (only CZK 2,700). Notaries public is able to carry out the registration in the Commercial Register from beginning of this May.
