The Rekodifixace & Praxe magazine, issued on 25 October, featured an article called Aspects and Conditions of Running Business Through a Branch Office", written by a lawyer, Mgr Tamas Fabian.The text compares the original legal provisions with the changes (in)directly brought about by the new legal regulations within the re-codification, i.e. introduction of the New Civil Code and the Act on Commercial Companies and Co-operatives.
