Should all decisions of the Czech courts be published on the Internet?

In many European countries, the system of wide publication of all court decisions on the internet is working. This is the direction of Slovakia, where more than two million verdicts can be searched online.

Lidové Novinky conducted a survey, which Schaffer & Partner was one of the participants, on if all decisions of Czech courts be published on the internet or not. The 83% of lawyers participated in the survey answered as “Yes” as they argued the judges will be more transparent.
