An attorney-at-law and a founding partner of Schaffer & Partner Legal Aleš Eppinger is also running the Chairman role at Czech Turkish Joint Chamber of Commerce (CTJCC) where he supports Czech and Turkish companies during their expansion with his expertise on international business and Czech law.
CTJCC has recently organized a seminar with respect to Investment Opportunities in the Czech Republic together with Czech Invest under the auspices of Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Istanbul, Commercial Counselor of Turkish Embassy in Prague and Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ankara. The seminar was held at the headquarters of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce on 11th of October 2017. Focusing on the automotive, information technologies, nanotechnology and aerospace and defense industries, attendees were provided with detailed information about selected industrial branches and the incentives provided by the Czech government. The presentations of CTJCC and Czech Invest were followed by round-table meetings where the attendees had a chance to meet with speakers and discuss their investment plans face-to-face.
During his opening speech, president of CTJCC Mr. Eppinger, summarized the current economic development between the Czech Republic and Turkey and encouraged the attendees to fully utilize the unique opportunity to discuss their concrete investment plans in Europe with all the conference speakers. After the presentations, he also answered the questions of attendees on the legal issues of company establishment in the Czech Republic.
