The obligation to register sales electronically was temporarily suspended until the end of 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, businesses could register their sales electronically on a voluntary basis.
In December 2022, the President approved the Bill which completely abolish the electronic registration of sales with effect from January 1, 2023.
