Mass debt recovery, on the other hand, is not our specialty, but we will be happy to help you if you need to sue individually for a performance due or conduct out-of-court negotiations.
Our clients also often turn to us for the recovery of a claim already adjudicated by a foreign court if the debtor is in the Czech Republic. We have a long-standing relationship with the bailiff's office, which can make claim recovery easier for our clients and also save them considerable money in the case of non-wealthy debtors. Last but not least, our clients do not have to trace the assets of their debtors themselves - this process runs automatically within the framework of this cooperation.
