As of 1 September 2020 new Amendment of VAT Act came into force. This Amendment implements new provisions of EU Directive 2018/1910 and Implementing Regulation 2018/1912 concerning delivery of goods between EU member states and call-off stocks. The Amendment thus implements so called Quick fixes VAT provisions. The Amendment was published in Collection of Deeds on 14 August 2020.
